The Gawad Pamana ng Pluma International is a multidisciplinary recognition and awards program established to honor individuals whose accomplishments have significantly contributed to literature, education, culture, language development, academic leadership, and public service.

 

The award recognizes the enduring value of intellectual work, creative expression, institutional leadership, and civic engagement as foundations of national progress and global relevance.
